New Sahara Hospital for drug addicted patients in Chakdara

PESHAWAR: For the rehabilitation of the drug addicted patients, a new hospital with the name of “Sahara” (Hope) was formally inaugurated in Chakdara Tehsil of the District Dir Lower where men and women addicted with drugs would be kept for the treatment. To save one human life is to save the entire humanity, District Health Officer Dir Lower Irshad Ali said. New Sahara Hospital Narcotics and Psychiatry was inaugurated in Chakdara in which notable Dr. Iqtar, Dr. Irshad Ali, DHO Dir, Dir Lower, former DHO Dr. Muhammad Rehman Shaheen and central leader of ANP Hussain Shah Yousafzai were present. Speaking on this occasion Bala Kisan said that there was a dire need for a drug hospital in our area Chakdara as compared to other areas. He said this hospital would benefit the area a lot and was a good initiative. The youth who are suffering from drugs, marijuana, heroin, alcohol, opium and various psychological diseases will benefit from this new Sahara Drug and Psychiatry Hospital and the youth here will be saved from going to hospitals in other areas.
