Sedition case
ISLAMABAD
Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry could not be presented in the court in inciting people to revolt against constitutional I institutions case. The case came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad on Monday. Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra took up the case for hearing Monday. Prosecutor and Qamar Inayat counsel for Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the court. Prosecutor said Fawad Chaudhry is in the custody of NAB. His next hearing be fixed with the hearing of bail plea in next case.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till January 10,
