Operation against land mafia

In the light of the directives of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Minister for Industries, Commerce, Technical Education and Newly Merged Districts Affairs Dr. Aamer Abdullah, the Small Industries Development Board(SIDB) has evacuated 12 kanals of land, owned by the board which had illegally occupied by land mafia since 11 years in Havelian Abbottabad.
In a joint operation led by Managing Director SIDB Ghazanfar Ali, Deputy Managing Director Noman Fayyaz and other officials and Assistant Commissioner Haveliyan, the same land evacuated from the occupants and demarcated for the use of board as well, said a hand out issued here on Wednesday.
It is merit to mentioned that the caretaker minister had issued instructions in this regard to Commissioner Hazara and Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad for taking stern action to evacuate the said land from the occupants , as a result of which, in the same joint operation of the local administration and SIDB, the government land has been evacuated.
The caretaker minister lauded the performance of SIDB officials and local administration in getting possession of the same government property.
