South Africa argued that Israel is systematically committing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza. South Africa accused Israel of violating the UN Genocide Convention and argued that Israel had committed genocide in Gaza in 3 months. 23,000 Palestinian citizens have been killed, aid has been stopped in Gaza and attempted to create serious famine.
South Africa appealed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to immediately stop the Israeli attack.
