ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has allowed Hiba Fawad wife of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry to go abroad. The court issued these orders while hearing petition filed by Hiba Fawad Chaudhry seeking removal of her name from no fly list. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the petition filed by Hiba Fawad on Tuesday. Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Usman Ghumman, Qaisar Imam counsel of petitioner and others appeared in the court. AAG told the court the name of petitioner is not included in no fly list. The court remarked there is no impediment on the way of the applicant to go abroad. The court directed the petitioner should give affidavit on her return to Pakistan that she had to face no difficulty in going abroad. The court while allowing Hiba Fawad to go abroad adjourned the hearing of the petition for indefinite period. Online
