LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) while announcing important decision regarding construction of high rise buildings has allowed to construct 30 -storey building in Gulberg Lahore. Justice Shahid Karim of LHC allowed to build 30-storey building in the area of Gulberg Lahore. The court dismissed the petition filed against the construction of 30-storey building.Sahibzada Muzaffar Ali, senior legal advisor of LDA gave arguments. Petitioner Noor Din had challenged construction of 30-storey building in the residential area. He had taken plea in the petition that high rise buildings cannot be constructed in residential area.
