ISLAMABAD: Defence minister Khawaja Asif has said begging has become a big business in Pakistan. “Begging has become a big business in Pakistan. He said if beggars are arrested because begging is illegal then big lawyers appear in the courts in connection with their bail. City traffic police got registered 220 cases against professional beggars.
