190 million pounds case
RAWALPINDI
Judge Nasir Javed Rana of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has recorded statements of 6 more witnesses of NAB in Al-Qadir trust reference based on 190 million pounds financial scandal against PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi. The lawyers of the accused persons completed cross questioning of 2 more witnesses. The court adjourned further hearing of the case till April 29. Bushra Bibi was presented in Adiala jail court from Bani gala on Tuesday. Zahir Abbas Chaudhry, Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry and Usman Gull counsels for the accused also appeared in the court.
NAB prosecutor Amjid Pervez and Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi were also present in the court.
6 witnesses of NAB recorded their evidence. The lawyers for the accused completed cross questioning of two witnesses.
This way statements of 21 witnesses have been recorded so far in the reference. Cross questioning in respect of 15 witnesses has been completed.
