ISLAMABAD: The case of fuel price adjustment and quarterly tariff adjustment in electricity bills has been fixed for hearing. A 3-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) presided over by Justice Yahya Afridi will hear the case on May 15 LESCO has challenged the decision regarding nullification of Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA). Lahore High Court (LHC) had nullified FPA and quarterly tariff adjustment. ONLINE
