Artist Jimmy and Education ministry sing MoU

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan National Council of the Arts, organized an event at Gallery No. 1, where an agreement was signed between Pakistan’s renowned artist Jimmy Engineer and the Federal Education Ministry. The agreement aims to provide educational institutions access to Jimmy Engineer’s artistic works. Secretary Education Mohiuddin Ahmed Wani participated in the ceremony. A large number of students from the educational i stitutions of Islamabad participated in the event. Speaking at the event, Jimmy Engineer said, “My aim is to serve Pakistan. I want the new generation to benefit from my writing and painting.” Secretary Education Mohiuddin Ahmed Wani praised Jimmy, stating, “Jimmy is a great artist; his paintings are famous all over the world. By granting copyrights to educational institutions, students will benefit from Jimmy’s expertise.” On this occasion, DG.PNCA Mohammad Ayub Jamali acknowledged Jimmy’s efforts, stating, “Jimmy’s efforts have always been for the welfare of Pakistan and its people. He has represented Pakistan in the world of art.” Appreciating the copyright initiative, DG.PNCA added, “This initiative will create interest in art among students and help them to become new artists.” The event was attended by a large number of students, who expressed their gratitude and happiness to Jimmy Engineer through applause.
