LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has ordered to file challan of cases registered in Lahore against Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Judge Khalid Arshid of ATC has issued written order in respect of cases registered against former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Lahore Saturday. It has been said in the court’s order investigating officer sought further 30 days physical remand of Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Investigating officer did not present any progress report about former foreign minister in the court. The court ordered to send Shah Mehmood Qureshi to jail on 14 days judicial remand. The court wrote in the decision that investigating officer said mobile phone of Shah Mehmood Qureshi has to be recovered. According to counsel of former foreign minister police had got mobile phone at the time of arrest. Online
