The ex-husband of Bushra Bibi, Khawar Manika filed an appeal against the acquittal of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Iddat Nikah case on Friday.
It has been said that the decision of acquittal of July 13 should be annulled, the decision of the judicial magistrate of February 3 should be reinstated, the decision of July 13 cannot be sustained as per the law.
