ISLAMABAD: President Chakwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Waqar Zafar Bakhtawari has said that Overseas Pakistanis are the backbone of Pakistan’s economy and urged them to invest, particularly in the real estate sector, to support the country’s growth. Speaking at a reception hosted by Haji Abid Hussain, Central President of Overseas Pakistanis Welfare Council London, Bakhtawari expressed gratitude to the organizers and highlighted the investment opportunities in Pakistan. He noted that the current government’s investment-friendly policies will yield positive results for the country’s betterment. Bakhtawari encouraged Overseas Pakistanis to invest more in Pakistan, as their remittances play a vital role in the country’s economic advancement.
