PESHAWAR
Dr. Khaista Nawab, Ph.D. Scholar of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of Agriculture, Peshawar, completed her Ph.D. in Agricultural Chemistry and Biochemistry under the supervision of Dr. Anwar Ali Shad.
She presented her research paper title as “Phytochemical and Biological Assay of Ricinus Communis L. Obtained from Malakand Hills Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan” and her thesis was validated by Turkey and also cleared by renowned Malaysian professors.
In the defense seminar, Dr. Khaista Nawab successfully defended her thesis by answering the questions posed by the participants and was qualified for the Ph.D. Director Advanced Studies and Research Prof. Dr. Mohammad Sajid, Chairman Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Biochemistry Dr. Sahib Alam, Chairman Human Nutrition Dr. Ziauddin, Additional Director Pastic Dr. Ghazala Ali Khan, faculty members, scholars and students also participated in the seminar meant for the thesis defence.
While congratulating Dr. Anwar Ali Shad and Dr. Khaista Nawab, Dr. Muhammad Sajid hoped that the research of Dr. Khaista Nawab would be beneficial for agricultural chemistry and biochemistry and society.
