PESHAWAR
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Labor, Fazal Shakoor Khan here Thursday directed authorities to expedite construction work on protective embankments of River Khayali situated in areas of Dagi Mukaram Khan UC Turnab.
He issued these directives during his visit to different areas of River Khayali PK-65 after receiving slow pace of work on embankments. The provincial minister was accompanied by deputy commissioner, executive engineer of Irrigation Department Charsadda and concerned officers.
He was also briefed about ongoing construction work on protective walls of Khayali River and other ongoing flood protection projects.
The provincial minister urged timely completion of the work on these embankments and warned action against unnecessary delay. He also assured to resolve problems of people according to their aspirations and expectations.
