KP government’s spokesperson Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif on Friday urged Governor Faisal Karim Kundi to take up the issue of law and order situation in the province with the Prime Minister.
He asked the Governor to play a role in clearing power dues of the province.
Instead of just rhetoric, the federal government should take concrete actions to ensure law and order and prevent terrorism from outside the province, he said.
In a statement issued here, Barrister Saif asked Governor KP to inform the federal government about the province’s outstanding debts, including hydropower arrears.
The Governor KP Faisal Karim Kundi should highlight the problems faced by the province regarding electricity and gas supply, he said and criticized the Governor’s handling of the situation, stating that he’s creating new scandals daily and acting like an “unworthy child” trying to save his job.
He also lashed out at KP Governor for ‘ backbiting’ in order to please the leadership of the Pakistan People Party (PPP).
