LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed the petitions seeking nullification of interim bail of Rasikh Elahi, Tehreem Elahi and others. The petitions filed by FIA seeking cancellation of interim bail plea of Rasikh Elahi, Tehreem Elahi , family members of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and others were dismissed by the court. A two members bench of LHC led by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry took up FIA petition for hearing Thursday. Rasikh Elahi, Tehreem Elahi and others appeared in the court. The court rejected FIA plea for cancellation of bail pleas. Online
