SCCI announces three-day mourning after death of Ilyas Ahmad Bilour

Senior office bearers of Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed grief over sad demise of leader of Businessman Forum former senator Ilyas Ahmad Bilour and stated that Ilyas Bilour services for business community will always remember and vacuum that has been created after his death will take much time to fill it.
SCCI announced a three-day mourning under which the flag will remain half-mast at the chamber building and all activities will also remain suspended till Monday next.
According to details, the Businessman Forum leader former senator Ilyas Ahmad Bilour passed away after prolonged illness last night on the SCCI office bearers and members of business community expressed great grief and offered prayers for the departed soul of the late Ilyas Ahmad Bilour.
It is noted to mention here that Ilyas Ahmad Bilour remained a fourth time member of the Senate of Pakistan who raised an effective voice for resolution of business community issues and right of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’ rights.
Ilyas Ahmad Bilour has proved from his character and personality that he is the only man who has played a central role in the resolution of issues because of which the business community gave due worth and importance to his services.
The business community said the death of Ilyas Ahmad Bilour is an irreparable loss.
President SCCI Fazal Moqeem Khan, senior vice president Abdul Jalil Jan and vice president Shehryar Khan expressed deep grief over the sad demise of former senator Ilyas Ahmad Bilour and stated the vacuum has been created after his death, it will take long time to fill it.
Office bearers said Ilyas Ahmad Bilour is not only a successful businessman but also a very good human being.
Fazal Moqeem said services of Ilyas Ahmad Bilour for the business community, promotion of trade and export remained remarkable, which will be remembered for many decades.
Office bearers vowed to serve the business community without any discrimination by following footprints of Ilyas Ahmad Bilour.
