Hearing of bail after arrest pleas in two cases of torching police vans in chowk near Jinnah House against PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid has been adjourned till December 10. Judge Manzar Ali Gill of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) took up for hearing bail after arrest plea of Dr Yasmin Rashid in two cases Wednesday. Burhan Moazzam Malik advocate counsel for Dr Yasmin Rashid did not appear in the court. The junior counsel requested the court that senior lawyer Burhan Moazzam Malik did not appear in the court due to closure of roads.
Time be given for arguments.
The court while directing the counsel to complete the arguments regarding bail adjourned the hearing of the case till December 10.
Yasmin Rashid has filed bail peals in two cases of torching police vehicles in the chowk near Jinnah House.
Cases include the clauses of treason and inciting people to riots.
