Advisor to Chief Minister for Anti-Corruption Establishment Mossadeq Abbasi was briefed by Deputy Commissioner Nowshera Irfanullah Mehsud and District Police Officer Nowshera Muhammad Azhar on Presser Gold.
Advisor to the Chief Minister on Anti-Corruption Establishment has directed that committees consisting of public representatives should be formed to act as a bridge between mining companies and the public.
Advisor to Chief Minister Mossadeq Abbasi appreciated the efforts of District Administration Nowshera, Deputy Commissioner Nowshera Irfanullah Mehsud and District Police Officer Nowshera Muhammad Azhar to prevent illegal mining and Confiscating of machines and said auction was conducted in a transparent manner, from which the provincial government has earned more than four billion rupees.
Mossadeq Abbasi further said that the companies will make plans to take care of the people through these representatives in the welfare and development works of the area. So that people’s confidence in the companies could also be restored and the area develops at the same time.
Development projects of health and education will be given the most importance and at the same time support should be obtained for the development projects of streets and roads in the area. He gave these instructions during a briefing on Presser Gold.
He informed about the future action plan and said that strict action will be taken against them wherever there is illegal mining in the province.
He further informed that after the successful auction of Presser Gold in the first phase, on instructions of the Chief Minister of KP, the government will try hard to ensure that the companies have security as well as a safe environment should be provided to them.
