ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has issued order for releasing one convicted and imprisoned in murder case nullifying his life imprisonment. Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan remarked prosecution has to prove the allegation. He gave these remarks during hearing of case by two members bench of IHC presided over by Justice Jamal Mandokhail here Friday. Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan raised the question if some one levels allegation then he will be awarded punishment. Prosecution has to prove allegation. Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked who comes to kill all will spare any one why. The counsel for petitioner said the accused nominated in the case has been acquitted. While one accused passed away during trial. SC nullified life imprisonment of Muhammad Javed. Muhammad Javed was arrested in 2013 under the murder charges in Talagang. High court had upheld trial court conviction.
