ISLAMABAD: Appeal plea against conviction of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in 190 million pounds case has been filed. Appeal plea has been submitted in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against conviction in 190 million pounds case . Khalid Yousuf counsel for PTI founder and Bushra Bibi filed the appeal plea. Through the appeal the IHC has been requested to nullify the conviction. It has been requested in the appeal plea that accountability court January 17, decision be annulled besides acquitting Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that the accused persons have not been given right to fair trial. This order does can not be made even under article 10-A and article 9 and 14 of the constitution. Non obtaining the context of National Crime Agency (NCA) agreement has been declared evidence of hesitation and ill intent of NAB in the appeal plea. As per appeal NCA authorities were not included in the investigation. Prosecution has failed in presenting complete evidence. We were not heard and even witnesses could not be cross questioned.
