RAWALPINDI: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) while conducting nine operations across the country managed to recover over 150 kg drugs worth Rs 30 million and arrested 13 accused, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman here on Monday. He informed that 4.5 kg hashish was recovered from two suspects arrested near Petaro Toll Plaza Jamshoro in Sindh.600 grams heroin was recovered from a vehicle intercepted near a university in Islamabad and 2 suspects were arrested. The arrested suspects confessed to selling drugs to the students of educational institutions. In third operation, 2 kg ice was recovered from the trolley bag of a passenger going to Dammam at Islamabad International Airport. 16 intoxicated tablets were recovered from the trolley bag of a passenger going to Sharjah at Multan International Airport.40.8 kg hashish and 26.4 kg opium were recovered from the secret cavities of a vehicle rounded up near GT Road Toll Plaza Nowshera in Peshawar and an accused was arrested. 28 kg opium and 10 kg crystal heroin were recovered from Winder area of Hub in Balochistan. 5 kg ice drug and 20 kg hashish were recovered from two vehicles intercepted near New Sabzal Road.
