ABBOTTABAD: The Sungi Development Foundation awarded scholarships to six outstanding students from various disciplines at Abbottabad University of Science and Technology (AUST) under the Sungi Omer Asghar Khan Chair Scholarships. Speaking at the ceremony, AUST Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Malik Mujaddad Ur Rehman expressed gratitude to Sungi for its generous support, emphasizing the foundation’s role in fostering academic excellence and professional growth. The event was attended by Shahid Aziz Khan, Regional Head of Sungi Foundation; Qazi Khuram Shahzad, Focal Person for the Sungi Scholarship; Dr. Zia Ahmed, Registrar AUST; and Mr. Imran Javeed, Treasurer AUST.
