In a bid to promote interfaith harmony and ensure the protection of minorities and traders, SSP Operations Masood Ahmad held separate meetings with the Interfaith Peace Committee and the Sarafa Bazaar Jewelers Association in Peshawar.
During the meetings, Ahmad emphasized that the safety of minorities, traders, and shoppers remains a top priority for the Capital City Police Peshawar. He assured the business community that his office doors would always remain open for addressing their concerns.
To maintain peace, the Ababeel Squad and City Patrolling Force will be further activated in religious places, densely populated markets, and the inner city. This move aims to improve the overall law and order situation in Peshawar.
The delegations from the Interfaith Peace Committee and the Sarafa Bazaar Jewelers Association shared suggestions and concerns with Ahmad, who assured them that all issues would be addressed on a priority basis.
The meetings were part of the Capital City Police Peshawar’s efforts to engage with the community and promote a peaceful environment for trade and commerce.
