ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench hearing missing persons case has been dissolved as Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has recused himself from hearing the case. Bench presided over by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani was hearing the case. Justice Tariq Jahangiri was also part of the bench. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani said Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has recused himself from hearing the case. We send the file to Chief Justice (CJ) for reconstitution of bench. Later the matter of reconstitution of bench to hear the case was sent to CJ IHC . He will constitute new bench over it. Hearing of the case was adjourned for indefinite period. It is pertinent to mention hear cases of missing persons were fixed for hearing before this bench in large number. ONLINE
