Justice Chaudhry Abdul Aziz of Lahore High Court (LHC) has resigned from his position. He has said therein he assumed responsibilities of a judge in November 2016. He dealt with over 40000 cases. In the context of resignation the learned judge said he can no longer continue his services as judge due to personal reasons. It is therefore, requested his resignation be accepted.
He has sent his resignation to the President Asif Zardari. He has sent his resignation under article 206(1) of the constitution.
