PESHAWAR: The Ability Tests scheduled for May 13, 2025, for various lecturer posts in the Higher Education Department have been postponed only for candidates belonging to District Kurram. According to an official notification, the decision comes in compliance with the Peshawar High Court’s order dated May 12, 2025, issued in Writ Petition No. 5479-P/2024. The postponed tests include those for Male and Female Lecturer Chemistry (BPS-17), Male Lecturer English (BPS-17), and Male Lecturer Physics (BPS-17) in the Higher Education Department, as well as Male Lecturer English (BPS-17) in Commerce Colleges under the Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department. Fresh dates for the rescheduled tests will be announced later, and candidates concerned will be duly informed. This has been announced by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission.
