Bank Alfalah announces the launch of Eatsy, a first-of-its-kind, end-to-end digital dining payment solution that transforms the restaurant experience for both consumers and merchants.
With Eatsy, Bank Alfalah continues to lead the charge in integrating banking technology with everyday dining lifestyle, making the process of reserving, ordering, creating cards and paying for meals completely seamless, secure, and paperless.
Designed to enhance operational efficiency for restaurant partners and provide unparalleled ease for customers, Eatsy digitises the full dine-in and payments journey. From table reservations to real-time ordering, card creation and payments, the app serves as a one-stop platform to make dining cashless, smarter, faster, and more rewarding.
Bank Alfalah has already onboarded 11 tier-one restaurants. The Bank aims to expand this footprint by onboarding more restaurants within the same year, further strengthening its mission to digitise the dining experience across the country.
“Eatsy is a major step forward in our journey of embedded banking,’ said Yahya Khan, Chief Digital Officer of Bank Alfalah.
‘By combining the convenience of mobile payments with the everyday dining experience, we are enabling a cashless ecosystem that benefits both our customers and restaurant partners.
Our goal is to make payments embedded simpler, promote financial inclusion, and offer a digitised lifestyle solution that embeds in today’s consumer lifestyle. Eatsy is more than just an app; it’s an embedded platform for the future of payments and dining in Pakistan.”
As the first application introduced by any Bank in Pakistan that digitises both the merchant and consumer side of the restaurant order and payment experience, Eatsy represents a major milestone in the journey toward a cashless dining ecosystem.
