Former DG Information KP Visits Hamza Foundation, Peshawar

Former Director General Information and Public Relations, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Salim Khan visited the Hamza Foundation—a well-regarded charitable organization based in the University Town here on Tuesday.
During the visit, he received an in-depth briefing on the foundation’s services and operations and expressed appreciation for its continued dedication to patients battling thalassemia.
For several decades, Hamza Foundation has been providing free blood transfusions, essential medical care, and awareness programs for thalassemia patients—a mission that has earned the institution wide respect and admiration.
Mr. Hassan Gul, representing the foundation, gave a detailed overview of its ongoing initiatives, social impact, and future plans.
Praising the foundation’s humanitarian contributions, Mr. Salim Khan urged the privileged and philanthropic members of the society to come forward and support its efforts. “Institutions like Hamza Foundation are vital to ensuring that critical, life-saving care reaches the most vulnerable members of our community,” he observed.
