The Peshawar High Court has declared the appointments of ten Clinical Technologists in the health department through Public Service Commission, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as illegal.
The Court ordered fresh and transparent recruitment for the BPS-17 posts.
The decision was made by a bench, comprising Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth and Ijaz Anwar, followed by a petition, filed by Advocate Abdullah Shah challenging the appointments.
The Court directed the Public Service Commission, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to conduct a fresh recruitment process while strictly pursuing merit.
