Violence against youth case
KARACHI
Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notice to the respondents on the bail plea of accused Suleman Farooqi and Owais Hashmi in case pertaining to violence against youth. Bail plea of the accused Suleman Farooqi and Owais Hashmi came up for hearing in the case of violence against youth.
Naeem Qureshi counsel for the petitioner took the plea that who was subjected to violence has given statement he forgives but he has not been seen.
The court remarked what clauses are in this case, bail cannot be granted easily in these clauses. The court while issuing notice to the respondents directed prosecutor general to give reply on next hearing.
