MARDAN: A 55 year old man and a 41 years old woman were killed in the name of honor at Fatma area in the jurisdiction of Jabbar Police Station, police sources said. Sources added that Mazhar Iqbal resident of Mulana Killy Fatma reported to the Jabbar police station officials that his brother Zafar Iqbal and his wife Fatma came to her house from Fasilabad Punjab as a guest. He told police that 5 armed men identified as Sarbiland, Munir Khan, Imran, Asad and Wajid entered the house and allegedly started firing. As a result his brother and his wife died on the spot. The accused managed to flee the scene. He told police that Fatma Bibi had eloped with his brother.
