LOWER DIR: A WAPDA Assistant Lineman from PESCO lost his life after receiving an electric shock while working on a power pole in Khongi Nagar, Lower Dir. According to Rescue 1122 Lower Dir control room on Wednesday, a team was immediately dispatched to the scene after receiving the emergency call. The rescue team promptly provided first aid and continued CPR during the transfer to the hospital. However, doctors later confirmed that the lineman had succumbed to electric shock.
The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Zaib (25), a resident of Peto Dara. APP
