PTI reserved seats case
ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice and sought reply from Election Commission (EC) on miscellaneous petition filed by PTI -Parliamentarian in connection with reserved seats . Justice Inam Amin Minhas took up for hearing miscellaneous petition filed by PTI-Parliamentarian for reserved seats Tuesday.
Counsels for petitioners Sultan Muhammad Khan, Tufail Shahzad and others appeared in IHC.
The counsels for the petitioners said reserved seats in KP be given to us as per our share.
The court inquired is notification of 2024 suspended by court.
Counsel Sultan Muhammad Khan said notification is not suspended. Case is pending.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas said I issue notice. The come and tell and then we see it.
The court while issuing notice sought reply from EC.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
