ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) has given important remarks in different family matters. Supreme Court (SC) has rejected appeal against fixation of monthly expenses Rs 25000 for child. The CJP Yahya Afridi remarked appeals in respect of payment of compensation in family matters should not come in SC. The subordinate courts should settle the compensation. The CJP remarked SC will not enter in the matter of payment of compensation. The counsel for the petitioner said fixation of Rs 25000 expenses for a small child is highly excessive.
