ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to constitute inquiry commission in connection with blasphemy cases. The petitions seeking commission to investigate blasphemy related cases came up for hearing in IHC Tuesday. The court while accepting pleas issued order to constitute commission. The court while ordering the government to constitute commission within 30 days has directed the commission constituted by government should complete its proceedings within 4 months and if commission needs more time then it can resort to court. The petition seeking court’s orders for constitution of inquiry commission in connection with blasphemy cases came up for hearing before Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan. Online
