The Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics (HND) Women University Mardan has been formally accredited by the National Agriculture Education Accreditation Council (NAEAC), a body working under the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
According to a statement issued by the university, the university received the official Accreditation Inspection Committee (AIC) report from NAEAC, confirming that the department meets the national standards for quality education and institutional infrastructure.
The statement said that the accreditation process involved a comprehensive evaluation of the department’s academic programs, faculty strength, research activities, infrastructure, and administrative support.
The university attributed the achievement to efforts of several university sections, including the HND Faculty, Registrar’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, Works Department, Admin Section, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), and the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC).
