Noor Mukadam murder case
ISLAMABAD: Condemned prisoner Zahir Jaffer in Noor Mukadam’s murder case has filed review petition in Supreme Court (SC). The review petition said the court did not get evaluate mental health of the accused. Petition was filed in SC for constitution of medical board. SC did not give decision on this miscellaneous petition. The petition further said video recording was relied for awarding death sentence. Videos were not proved correct during trial. Video recordings were not provided to the accused. These videos were not run and seen during trial ever. The review petition has been filed through senior lawyer Khawaja Haris. It was said in the petition there are concrete reasons for reviewing the decision. Court should review its decision. Online
