PESHAWAR: Rescue 1122 Kohat delivered a total of 571 emergency services to the needy and vulnerable population during July last. Senior District Emergency Officer Muhammad Arif Khattak in a statement here Friday said that Rescue 1122 Kohat received 11,610 calls in July 2025. Among these, 5,459 were unnecessary or dropped calls, while 5,785 were related to emergencies or information requests. In line with the instructions of DG Rescue 1122 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Tayyab Abdullah and Regional Director Operations South Imran Khan Yousafzai, he said the Rescue team responded to a total of 571 emergency incidents to save lives and property during various emergency situations. He said a total of 11,610 calls were received in July, of which 5,459 were deemed unnecessary.
