PESHAWAR: At least three children lost their lives when roof of a house collapsed in Lower Dir. According to rescue sources on Sunday, the incident took place in Takatak area of Maidan where the roof of a house caved in, burying the children under the debris. Rescue 1122 teams, including disaster response and medical units, rushed to the site and carried out relief operations. The bodies of the children were recovered from the rubble. The victims have been identified as 10-year-old Qasim, 11-year-old Murtaza, and 9-year-old Suhail. Moving scenes were witnessed in the village when bodies of the children were brought for burial.
