ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned hearing of review petition of main convict Zahir Jaffar in Noor Mukadam murder case for three weeks while the guilty has changed his counsel. Now Khawaja Muhammad Haris will pursue the case in place of Suleman Safdar. During the hearing of the case Justice Hashim Kakar remarked he himself has authored decision of this case. Additional note of Justice Baqir Ali Najfi has yet to come. May be this additional note gives some benefit to the respondents. Justice Hashim Kakar remarked earlier Suleman Safdar was counsel in this case. Can counsel be changed in review. Khawaja Haris took the plea law has been amended. ONLINE
