Jinnah House attack case

Bail plea of PTI leader Mehmood ur Rashid in Jinnah House attack case has been rejected. Judge Manzar Ali Gil of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore took up the bail plea for hearing Tuesday. Prosecution had requested the court to reject bail plea of the accused. During the hearing of the case the prosecution said Mian Mehmood ur Rashid is prime accused in May 9 incident. He has been awarded sentence in 4 cases related to May 9 incident. May 9 offence has been proved against him in the decisions of 4 courts. The cases include clauses of treason and inciting people to riots.
Later the court while announcing the decision on completion of arguments rejected bail plea of Mian Mehmood ur Rashid.
