Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to remove chairman Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) from his post forthwith. The court accepted the plea for removing chairman PTA from his office. IHC remarked chairman PTA has not been appointed correctly according to law, therefore, he be removed from his post immediately. The court ordered that senior member in PTA be appointed as chairman temporarily . Justice Babar Sattar issued reserved judgment on Tuesday. Justice Babar Sattar authored 99-page judgment.
