SHC approves bail pleas of 3 alleged RAW agents

KARACHI
Sindh High Court (SHC) has approved bail pleas of 3 alleged RAW agents in target killing case. Case related to target killing of a citizen in Karachi for Indian intelligence agency RAW came up for hearing before SHC Tuesday. Bail pleas of the accused Talat Iqbal, Sheeraz and Sibghat Ullah were approved. The court ordered to the accused persons to file surety bonds worth Rs 3 lac each. Imran Miyo, the counsel for the accused told the court first the case was declared A class by the police. The accused are in jail since 2022 and there are no solid evidence against them.
As per media reports the prosecution took the plea target was given to the accused to kill citizen Shahid Ghani by the handlers outside the country. The funds were also provided to the agents by handlers outside the country.
During the hearing the prosecution informed the court code name of RAW agent outside the country is boss and his designation is first command. Code name of second RAW agent outside the country is Nana Pat Sarina and designation is second command. Cases of explosive material, illegal arms and funding for terrorism are registered against the accused
