44th MCMC graduation ceremony held at NIPA

The graduation ceremony of the 44th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) was held today at National Institute of Public Administration, Peshawar. Twenty-five officers from various occupational groups and services of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Federal government successfully completed the course, which is a mandatory requirement for promotion to BS-19.
Speaking on the occasion, the Director General NIPA/PARD/PPSA Capt. (Retd) Usma Gul congratulated the participants on completing the course and emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional development in the civil services of Pakistan. He stated that the Mid-Career Management Course is designed to equip officers with modern management skills, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities required to meet the emerging governance challenges of the country.
The Director General further highlighted that civil servants play a vital role in national progress and must uphold integrity, commitment, and public service values in their professional careers. He urged the participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the training to bring innovation, efficiency, and responsiveness in their respective organizations.
The ceremony concluded with the award of certificates to participants of the 44th MCMC. Chief Instructor MCMC Shabid Ullah Wazir presented the course report. The ceremony was attended by chief instructors, faculty and administrative staff of the three training institutes.
