Recovery of liquor, arms case
ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad while upholding the arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in recovery of liquor and arms case has adjourned the hearing of the case till October 18. Recovery of liquor and arms case against Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing in the court of judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti Saturday. However Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court Saturday as well. Upon it court upheld his arrest warrants. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 18. Case is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in police station Bhara Kahu. Legal proceedings is underway against him in this case. ONLINE
