ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad while extending bail before arrest of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in May 9 and other cases has directed to present Imran Khan in the court or through video link on next hearing. .
Additional district and sessions judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka heard one before arrest plea of Bushra Bibi and 6 bail pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan.
Shamsa Kayani advocate appeared in the court on behalf of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
The court stopped from arresting PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in all respective cases till October 28.
The court directed to present Imran Khan in the court or present him through video link in next hearing.
Judge Afzal Majoka remarked I am issuing show cause notice to Adiala jail authorities.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 28.
Cases of May 9 incident, murder, attempt to murder, fake receipts and other cases are registered against PTI founder.
