The petition has been filed by Sardar Ambar Maqsood through his counsel Nazakat Hussain `in the court.

Therefore, court should nullify the decision of single bench and order for correct valuation of the entity so that the national kitty could be saved from major loss.
The court inquired from the petitioner do you want to purchase PIA.
The counsel for the petitioner replied no, we want the decision according to law.
The court remarked the advertisements, the violation of which you are mentioning are not available in file. How it will be proved these advertisements are as per law or otherwise.
