KARACHI: Federal government has appointed former chief justice Sindh High Court (SHC) Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar as chairman Competition Appellate Tribunal (CAT). CAT is a legal institution which hears the appeals which are filed against the decisions of Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP). Earlier chairman of CAT Justice (Retd) Sajjad Ali Shah was retired on August 13, 2025 on completion of his 68 years age. Online
